Each contractor is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary licenses and permits in their respective legal jurisdiction. Microwagers assumes no responsibility for legal issues or obligations arising in relation to the contractors.
Furthermore, Microwagers is not responsible for any debts or balances that contractors may owe to their players.
In the event a contractor is under investigation for activities related to money laundering, Microwagers will cooperate with the competent authorities and provide the required information under a court order.
Contractors commit to following all applicable laws, including those related to the minimum age of players.
Any violation of these laws, as well as connections with ethnic hate groups, instigation of violence, or child trafficking, may result in the immediate disabling of services offered by Microwagers.
